Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Office Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 year’s relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support by providing structured administrative and secretarial support to management with the Planning and Operations functions
  • Responsible for record & document management by maintain organised filing systems and ensuring proper control of documents and records
  • Responsible for communication and correspondence management by managing incoming and outgoing communication and ensuring timely response
  • Responsible for meeting and secretariat support by co-ordination meeting and providing secretariat services
  • Responsible for compliance and administrative governance by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and administrative standards
  • Responsible for stakeholder support and service co-ordination by providing administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
