Minimum Requirements:


• Matric/Grade 12
• Post-matric qualification will be an added advantage
• South African Citizen
• Resident of the City of Ekurhuleni
• Knowledge of municipal services
• Report writing skills
• Working knowledge of the languages and dynamics of the City
• Good communication and language skills.
• Ability to work with teams and stakeholders
• Computer literate


Core Responsibilities:
• Supervise EPWP General Workers, General Assistants, and Field Workers.
• Coordinate cleaning, grass cutting, litter picking, sweeping, and maintenance activities at designated municipal facilities (at applicable field)
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work performance.
• Maintain attendance, payment, and project records.
• Compile project reports and submit supporting photographic evidence.
• Verify project documentation and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage project tools, equipment, stock, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Liaise with community organisations, stakeholders, and project beneficiaries.
• Report operational challenges and project progress to the Project Manager.
• Perform general administrative duties related to departmental projects.
