Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate
Code EC driver's licence with Valid PrDP
Vehicle Technical knowledge
1 year relevant experience
Core Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor outsourced services
Determine the needs and resources required for community programs and events including special projects
Monitor provision of services rendered in the outsourced areas
Ensure compliance with all relevant environment, waste, health and safety legislations
Initiate and conduct area inspections in all outsourced areas (jointly with contractors)
Ensure improved service provision and compliance with relevant legislations and by-laws
Perform administrative functions of outsourced services
Compile reports for submission to the Operations Officer: Outsourced Services
Compile bulk containers' data statements for billing
Receive monthly invoices and prepare payment certificates and cheque applications for the service providers
Prepare compliance notices and impose penalties as per contract specification
Ensure excellent liaison with stakeholders
Attend public meetings/IDO/Imbizos, ward and service delivery meetings
Build and maintain sound relationships with both contractors and co-workers
Inform contractors and public about council policies and initiate short term interventions and campaigns
Control the overall performance of contractor

I confirm that all information, including Personal
Information, supplied to the CoE is accurate and
current and agree to correct and update such
information when necessary.
By submitting any Personal Information to the CoE in
any form I acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an
indefinite unconditional, specific and voluntary
consent to the processing of such Personal Information
in the following manner by the CoE and/or third
parties:
Personal Information may be shared by the CoE
with
Verification Information Suppliers for
verification or
other legitimate purposes;
Personal Information may be stored indefinitely
by
the CoE and/or the Verification Information
Suppliers.
I note that if the CoE has utilised the Personal
Information contrary to the Privacy and Data Protection
Conditions, I shall first resolve any concerns with the
CoE. If I am not satisfied with such process, I have
the right to lodge a complaint with the Information
Regulator.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw any consent provided
in terms of this Agreement and if so Personal
Information will only be processed if permitted under
the Privacy and Data Protection Conditions.
A copy of Personal Information kept by the CoE will be
furnished to me upon request in terms of the provisions
of POPI Act.
I unconditionally agree to indemnify the CoE and/or the
Verification Information Suppliers against any
liability that may result from the processing of
Personal Information. This includes unintentional
disclosures of such Personal Information to - or access
by unauthorized persons, and/or any reliance which may
inadvertently be placed on inaccurate Personal
Information provided to the CoE by myself and/or any
third parties.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
agreement and accept the conditions therein.
