Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Post Matric Qualification
  • South African citizen
  • Ekurhuleni resident (Specify ward number)
  • Unemployed
  • Computer literacy
  • Not currently participating in CoE Job Creation programme
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction from Supervisors

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate daily attendance registers and payment registers for the field workers.
  • Ensure health and safety measures are adhered to at all times during operations
  • Collect, record and compilation of regular progress reports as required
  • Manage tools inventory, inspect equipment, work progress, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment and materials.
  • Supervise field and/or general workers onsite during daily operations to ensure specified deliverables are achieved
  • Follow standard operating procedure in compiling sorting and storing information and data.
  • Report on administrative issues, progress and time and attendance of field and/or general workers
  • Conduct and execute tasks as assigned by the immediate project manager
  • Liaise with communities, stakeholders and CoE employees
  • Follow guidelines to ensure safety of information against unauthorized damage, modification, and damage.
  • Ensure completed and submitted information is according to government legislation
  • Capture, compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data collected daily, weekly, and monthly, before it is submitted to Project Manager
