Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate in Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a supply chain environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide finance and general administrative/clerical support to the section
  • Perform operational processes to enable the section to perform effectively and efficiently to meet its targets
  • Apply governance and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safe working environment
  • Apply financial processes to prevent wasteful expenditure
  • Maintain customer service orientation to meet customer expectations
