Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Administration
  • Computer literacy
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • 2 years' experience in similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the department by executing administrative support and clerical duties
  • Receive complaints from call centre and the public, log them on the system and allocate to relevant staff
  • Log and allocate work to the relevant staff and closing jobs
  • Ensure accurate data capturing, record keeping, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ensure that Batho Pele service delivery and goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Asset management
