Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Nursing Science (NQF Level)
Degree in Nursing/Health Service Management / Administration
Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science Health Assessment Treatment and Care
Course in Epidemiology/Administration/Immunisation
Computer literacy
Driver's license
Registration with South African Nursing Council
5 years' experience in Health Service Management and Clinical Service Management
Core Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the facilities for the development management and control of the comprehensive youth child health, immunisation and outbreak response.
Plan, organise, lead, control and facilitate the effective metro-wide implementation of the comprehensive youth child health, immunisation and outbreak response programmes
Perform management duties to ensure good governance and manage risks as guided by legislation and policies.
Control municipal resources and manage capital and operational budget allocated to programmes in area of accountability while ensuring compliance with the municipal finance management act 56 of 2003 and supply chain management and assets management processes.
Ensure customer service orientation.
Develop capacity for staff, sectors and stakeholders involved in the programmes in areas of accountability.

I understand that privacy is important to the
Responsible Parties and the Responsible Parties will
use reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any
Personal Information in their possession or processed
on their behalf is kept confidential, stored in a
secure manner and processed in terms of South African
law.
I confirm that all information, including Personal
Information, supplied to the CoE is accurate and
current and agree to correct and update such
information when necessary.
By submitting any Personal Information to the CoE in
any form I acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an
indefinite unconditional, specific and voluntary
consent to the processing of such Personal Information
in the following manner by the CoE and/or third
parties:
Personal Information may be shared by the CoE
with
Verification Information Suppliers for
verification or
other legitimate purposes;
Personal Information may be stored indefinitely
by
the CoE and/or the Verification Information
Suppliers.
I note that if the CoE has utilised the Personal
Information contrary to the Privacy and Data Protection
Conditions, I shall first resolve any concerns with the
CoE. If I am not satisfied with such process, I have
the right to lodge a complaint with the Information
Regulator.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw any consent provided
in terms of this Agreement and if so Personal
Information will only be processed if permitted under
the Privacy and Data Protection Conditions.
A copy of Personal Information kept by the CoE will be
furnished to me upon request in terms of the provisions
of POPI Act.
I unconditionally agree to indemnify the CoE and/or the
Verification Information Suppliers against any
liability that may result from the processing of
Personal Information. This includes unintentional
disclosures of such Personal Information to - or access
by unauthorized persons, and/or any reliance which may
inadvertently be placed on inaccurate Personal
Information provided to the CoE by myself and/or any
third parties.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
agreement and accept the conditions therein.
