Minimum Requirements:

  • Non-renewable 6-month contract
  • Grade 12 and Post Matric qualification
  • Applicant must be a South African citizen
  • Unemployed
  • Ability to read and write, and understand verbal and written instructions
  • Basic computer literacy and Office Administration
  • Must be based in communities where they serve, i.e. ward-based (specify ward number)
  • Ability to capture, compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data collected daily, weekly, and monthly, before it is submitted to Project Manager
  • Basic Report writing skills and consolidating knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Have Good work ethics and display Professionalism in interacting with all stakeholders

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure productivity by aligning activities to organisational goals and objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Motivate the team to achieve organisational goals
  • Promote accountability for the individual team members
  • General Supervision and smooth running of the Project
  • Will be placed in an operational area to execute other duties over and above the supervision role
  • Collection and Submission of Timesheets including leave forms
  • Submission of daily attendance and monthly payment registers
  • Perform data capturing and administrative activities as required
  • Follow standard operating procedure in compiling sorting and storing information and data.
  • Type, edit and variety of documents and reports according to set standards.
  • Apply effective systems of information and data method to good record keeping and retrieval of information.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure safety of information against unauthorized damage, modification, and damage.
  • Ensure completed and submitted information is according to government legislation
  • Consolidating and Submission of weekly and monthly team activities and reports
