Minimum Requirements:
· National Diploma: Real Estate/ Public Administration, NQF Level 6
· 4 Years appropriate experience
Core Responsibilities:
· Receive applications and acknowledge receipts
· Circulate application to the relevant departments for comments
· Receive request from internal departments or external parties to negotiate a required servitude
· Prepare for permanent Closures of roads and parks and ensure compliance
· Ensure adherence by conducting site inspections
· Update information on property management system
· Liase via memorandum and letters with public, councillors and other department regarding complaints received and progress regarding investigations and final resolutions of the matter
· Ensure work is done according to Batho Pele service delivery goals guidelines.
