Minimum Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the administrative and clerical tasks within your area of accountability
  • Provide administrative support to the Depot and ensure smooth administrative operation
  • Manage and control all mail and ensure proper record keeping in accordance with Archive policies and acts
  • Provide human resources support in terms of identifying recruitment and training needs
  • Arrange meetings as requested and ensure availability of agenda and minutes thereafter.
  • Responsible for asset management in the depot
  • Monitor allocated budget and ensure proper financial management processes
  • Manage and supervise subordinates to ensure effective service delivery
  • Facilitate hiring and/or purchasing of office equipment
