Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
  • Valid Driver's license
  • 2- 5 years' extensive experience in change management with a proven track record in effective change management

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement change management approaches, processes and models to improve the overall effectiveness of change within the organisation and interacts and clearly communicate with various stakeholders on the changes within the organisation
  • Implement change management processes so that transformation and change management takes place in the CoE resulting in values and ethics which support the vision of the organisation
  • Develop capacity for change and regeneration so that employees have the necessary skills to deal with change
  • Become pro-active as a catalyst and guardian of culture to create harmony in the work place
  • Implement governance and risk management strategies to ensure effective implementation of Council resolutions with regard to risk
  • Contribute to a customer service orientated culture to ensure rewarding relationships and to allow others to provide exceptional customer services
