Minimum Requirements:

  • Non-renewable 6-month contract
  • SA Citizen
  • Resident of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence)
  • Unemployed
  • Grade 12
  • Computer certificate

Core Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into various systems and databases of the department
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
  • Maintain and update data records regularly
  • Identify and correct data entry errors
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms of the IMS
  • Capture service delivery complaints
  • Escalate unresolved service delivery logged queries that are still open in the system
  • Draw-out daily service delivery system generated reports
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from other departments
  • Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives
