Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Trade Test (Building)
Valid C1 Driver's license with PrDP
Physical fit to perform work
3 years' experience in building environment
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure that structures, manholes and paving are constructed or repaired as per required standards
Restore, clean or paint existing brick, concrete and paving structures
Lay bricks and other types of building blocks to construct and repair buildings and walks aligned in line with industry standards.
Ensure that all plant, machinery and equipment are kept in good and working order at all times
Effectively utilise allocated resources in order to perform contracted work outputs and report on and escalate any shortfalls
Plan and organise own work tasks and routine within area of accountability
Cut and trim bricks using allocated machinery and other allocated hand tools
Complete all specified work orders within time limits allocated
Apply good financial processes and accountability
Efficiently and effectively attend to the customers complaints
Provide effective and efficient management and apply a good work ethics

I understand that privacy is important to the
Responsible Parties and the Responsible Parties will
use reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any
Personal Information in their possession or processed
on their behalf is kept confidential, stored in a
secure manner and processed in terms of South African
law.
I confirm that all information, including Personal
Information, supplied to the CoE is accurate and
current and agree to correct and update such
information when necessary.
By submitting any Personal Information to the CoE in
any form I acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an
indefinite unconditional, specific and voluntary
consent to the processing of such Personal Information
in the following manner by the CoE and/or third
parties:
Personal Information may be shared by the CoE
with
Verification Information Suppliers for
verification or
other legitimate purposes;
Personal Information may be stored indefinitely
by
the CoE and/or the Verification Information
Suppliers.
I note that if the CoE has utilised the Personal
Information contrary to the Privacy and Data Protection
Conditions, I shall first resolve any concerns with the
CoE. If I am not satisfied with such process, I have
the right to lodge a complaint with the Information
Regulator.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw any consent provided
in terms of this Agreement and if so Personal
Information will only be processed if permitted under
the Privacy and Data Protection Conditions.
A copy of Personal Information kept by the CoE will be
furnished to me upon request in terms of the provisions
of POPI Act.
I unconditionally agree to indemnify the CoE and/or the
Verification Information Suppliers against any
liability that may result from the processing of
Personal Information. This includes unintentional
disclosures of such Personal Information to - or access
by unauthorized persons, and/or any reliance which may
inadvertently be placed on inaccurate Personal
Information provided to the CoE by myself and/or any
third parties.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
agreement and accept the conditions therein.
