Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Public Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a secretarial environment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform specific tasks / activities associated with the provision of a secretarial service to ensure that an efficient secretarial service is provided
  • Comply with all rules and regulations relating to governance and risk management to ensure high level of governance in the office and ensure that governance best practices are maintained at all times by secretarial staff
  • Ensure that there is compliance with the MFMA in order to ensure that there is no wasteful expenditure and ensure a clean governance
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to encourage good customer relations and ensure a harmonious relation exist between the office and its customers and stakeholders
