N6 Electrical Engineering
Qualified Electrician (Trade Test)
Code C1 Drivers Licence
3 years' experience in operation, maintenance and refurbishment of municipal electrical distribution networks
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise the operational and maintenance activities for the section.
Supervise effective operations and maintenance of HV, MV and LV Electrical Networks
Supervise appointed contractors' performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Conduct technical investigations on electrical network defects in order to resolve problems and implement technically derived solutions.
Ensure the functions performed by this subsection are performed as efficiently, effectively and productively as possible.
Comply with legislation, policies, and procedures and effectively contribute towards meeting organisational objectives.
Ensure that financial administration delivery process comply with internal control and governance standards and report any deviations.
Ensure compliance with the Batho Pele principles, maintain good customer relations and efficient and productive service delivery.
Provide effective and efficient management to maintain a high level of productivity.

Responsible Parties and the Responsible Parties will
use reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any
Personal Information in their possession or processed
on their behalf is kept confidential, stored in a
secure manner and processed in terms of South African

I confirm that all information, including Personal
Information, supplied to the CoE is accurate and
current and agree to correct and update such
information when necessary.
By submitting any Personal Information to the CoE in
any form I acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an
indefinite unconditional, specific and voluntary
consent to the processing of such Personal Information
in the following manner by the CoE and/or third
parties:
Personal Information may be shared by the CoE
with
Verification Information Suppliers for
verification or
other legitimate purposes;
Personal Information may be stored indefinitely
by
the CoE and/or the Verification Information
Suppliers.
I note that if the CoE has utilised the Personal
Information contrary to the Privacy and Data Protection
Conditions, I shall first resolve any concerns with the
CoE. If I am not satisfied with such process, I have
the right to lodge a complaint with the Information
Regulator.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw any consent provided
in terms of this Agreement and if so Personal
Information will only be processed if permitted under
the Privacy and Data Protection Conditions.
A copy of Personal Information kept by the CoE will be
furnished to me upon request in terms of the provisions
of POPI Act.
I unconditionally agree to indemnify the CoE and/or the
Verification Information Suppliers against any
liability that may result from the processing of
Personal Information. This includes unintentional
disclosures of such Personal Information to - or access
by unauthorized persons, and/or any reliance which may
inadvertently be placed on inaccurate Personal
Information provided to the CoE by myself and/or any
third parties.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
agreement and accept the conditions therein.
