Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Post Matric Qualification
  • South African citizen
  • Ekurhuleni resident (Specify Ward Number)
  • Unemployed
  • Ability to read and write, and understand verbal and written instructions
  • Computer literacy

Core Responsibilities:

  • General Supervision and smooth running of the Project
  • Collection and Submission of Timesheets including leave forms
  • Submission of daily attendance and monthly payment registers
  • Perform data capturing and administrative activities as required
  • Ensure productivity by aligning activities to organisational goals and objectives
  • Motivate the team to achieve organisational goals
  • Follow standard operating procedure in compiling sorting and storing information and data.
  • Type, edit and variety of documents and reports according to set standards.
  • Apply effective systems of information and data method to good record keeping and retrieval of information.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure safety of information against unauthorized damage, modification, and damage.
  • Ensure completed and submitted information is according to government legislation
  • Consolidating and Submission of weekly and monthly team activities and reports
  • Ability to capture, compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data collected daily, weekly, and monthly, before it is submitted to Project Manager
