Knowledge in performing arts programmes and projects including dance, theatre, acting and music

Core Responsibilities:
Support and facilitate arts programmes of all age groups and have sound knowledge of facilitation.
Supports the delivery of arts and cultural programs by overseeing daily technical and production operations
Coordinate teams, assist in event planning and execution, manage resources and equipment, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Assist with programmes/productions coordination and impact assessment to enhance arts, culture, and heritage (ACH) initiatives through local, community, and private collaborations.
Teach and direct arts programmes for all age groups, covering various art disciplines such as - theatre acting, music genres, and voice production skills.
Support and guide arts and culture groups, musicians, and performers both physically and via digital platforms, including social media.
Attend and provide constructive feedback on programmes, both verbally and in writing.
Prepare comprehensive reports and handle administrative tasks related to programme facilitation.
Understand the political, cultural, and economic context of Ekurhuleni to ensure programme alignment with community needs.
Oversee the quality and effectiveness of productions/programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of the Arts, Culture, and Heritage Division.

Responsible Parties and the Responsible Parties will
use reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any
Personal Information in their possession or processed
on their behalf is kept confidential, stored in a
secure manner and processed in terms of South African
law.
I confirm that all information, including Personal
Information, supplied to the CoE is accurate and
current and agree to correct and update such
information when necessary.
By submitting any Personal Information to the CoE in
any form I acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an
indefinite unconditional, specific and voluntary
consent to the processing of such Personal Information
in the following manner by the CoE and/or third
parties:
Personal Information may be shared by the CoE
with
Verification Information Suppliers for
verification or
other legitimate purposes;
Personal Information may be stored indefinitely
by
the CoE and/or the Verification Information
Suppliers.
I note that if the CoE has utilised the Personal
Information contrary to the Privacy and Data Protection
Conditions, I shall first resolve any concerns with the
CoE. If I am not satisfied with such process, I have
the right to lodge a complaint with the Information
Regulator.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw any consent provided
in terms of this Agreement and if so Personal
Information will only be processed if permitted under
the Privacy and Data Protection Conditions.
A copy of Personal Information kept by the CoE will be
furnished to me upon request in terms of the provisions
of POPI Act.
I unconditionally agree to indemnify the CoE and/or the
Verification Information Suppliers against any
liability that may result from the processing of
Personal Information. This includes unintentional
disclosures of such Personal Information to - or access
by unauthorized persons, and/or any reliance which may
inadvertently be placed on inaccurate Personal
Information provided to the CoE by myself and/or any
third parties.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this
agreement and accept the conditions therein.
