Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma or BCom with Financial Accounting as a Major Subject
  • MFMA Knowledge
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • 2 years' relevant experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare necessary documents for the compilation of CAPEX and OPEX budget to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Ensure effective budget monitoring of financial processes for financial administration and reporting purposes
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Manager during the budget process
  • Ensure that completed work adheres to governance and legislative requirements
  • Perform Financial processes eg investigating and reporting on audit queries, adhering to departmental processes, overseeing the preparation of the budgets and financial reports and adhering to policies and SOPs.
  • Render asset management functions to the department.
  • Provide exceptional client/customer relationships and client satisfaction. Ensure all dealings with stakeholders are professional and ethical
